The service
Tenderiser provides procurement intelligence, search, alerts, AI assistance, and related marketplace features. Official government notices we display are sourced from public procurement channels; we do not replace those official sources.
Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials, accurate company information, and lawful use of the platform. Seats and plan limits apply as shown on the pricing page.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in Kenyan Shillings via M-Pesa or invoice for Enterprise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
AI outputs
AI summaries, match scores, and recommendations are decision-support tools. You remain responsible for bid decisions, compliance, and verifying original tender documents.
Marketplace listings
Buyers who publish paid listings must ensure content is accurate and lawful. Tenderiser may remove listings that violate these terms or applicable procurement rules.
