AGPO guide
Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) aims to reserve a share of public procurement for enterprises owned by youth, women, and persons with disability.
If you qualify, register and keep certificates current. Many notices explicitly invite AGPO categories — filter for them early so you do not waste effort on closed competitions.
- Confirm ownership thresholds for your category.
- Maintain valid tax and statutory compliance documents.
- Track AGPO-tagged notices and set Tenderiser alerts for those keywords.
- Pair with partners when capacity gaps would otherwise disqualify you.
This guide is educational, not legal advice. Always verify current PPRA / National Treasury requirements.
